After a water leak in the ceiling above the kitchen was noted, the propping of the ceiling as well as removal of insulation to assist with weight reduction was completed. After getting approval from the insurance company the effected area of the ceiling was removed and replaced. New insulation was installed as well as a new coat of paint to the effected area.
