No Load Bearing Wall – Magill
No Job Too Big!
An existing no load bearing wall was removed to create a more open plan living space in the living room. Timber posts and a beam were installed were the old wall was to eliminate the issue of different wall and ceiling finishes. This eliminated the need of renderers and plasterers. The flooring was patched with new floor joists installed to carry the new flooring. Pull down an existing pergola. Sand back timberwork and repaint. Re-stand the pergola once the timbers had been painted and put on a new corrugated iron roof. Pull up existing pavers and relay new pavers. Remove trees and garden between the existing driveway and side fence. Place new concrete slab to widen the driveway.
