Internal & External Renovations

The existing dwelling is being converted into a 3 bedroom house. With no existing Kitchen and bathroom, there was need for a lot of new pipework and electrical works. Install of new internal walls and ceiling timbers, removal of chipboard floor to the bathroom and laundry and replaced with compressed fibre sheets. The external cladding was falling off, so we replaced with blue board and texture coat. Removal of the existing double rear door and replacing with a single hinged door after altering the frame work.
